The Workshop

At Dales Bike Centre we have a fully fitted, fully resourced and tooled, state of the art workshop with a Cytech qualified mechanic. Our extensive range of carefully chosen spares and expertise will get you back on (or off) the road in no time.

Servicing

The DBC way:- We don’t have a bronze, silver or gold service here, because we look at every bike individually. When you bring your bike and book it in, we’ll asses it and check to see if there are any obvious major faults that will require attention.

Your bike will go through a very detailed thorough 30 point service checklist. If we find anything extra which needs fixing or replacing we’ll call you to discuss options, products and costs. Once we’ve completed the work on your bike we’ll test ride ensuring it is in Tip! Top! Order in the timescale agreed!

Our service costs £30.00 plus any extra parts and possibly a little extra labour fitting them.

Repairs

From a broken spoke to a broken brake lever we can fix it all here in the workshop. We carry an extensive range of spares from Hope, Avid, Shimano, Sram, Hayes, Bontrager, Middleburn, etc. The list goes on....

Our labour charge is £7.50 per 15 minutes*, for a professional qualified mechanic, using the best tools for the right job swiftly.
*minimum workshop charge of £15
